Oracle Project Manager – Cloud HR & Payroll (Spanish preferred)

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll. The role is primarily remote, with occasional client site visits, and requires bilingual English/Spanish communication with customers in the U.S. and Mexico.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risk, communication, and stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams.
• Coordinate functional and technical resources, including integrations, reporting, and testing.
• Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, governance documentation, meeting agendas, and status reports.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post‑go‑live support.
• Serve as primary client contact, providing clear communication, issue resolution, and executive updates.
• Support change management, training coordination, UAT oversight, and end‑user readiness.
• Oversee data conversion cycles and integration coordination with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Proven track record leading multi‑module Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll programs from planning to post‑production.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, business processes, data flows, and dependencies.
• Experience managing distributed or remote teams.
• Bilingual English/Spanish (highly preferred).
