Oracle HCM Director – Consulting Services

About the role

PwC is seeking an Oracle HCM Director to lead consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management applications. You will work within the Digital Core Modernisation practice, helping clients optimise HR processes, enhance talent management and achieve strategic objectives through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Define strategic direction and drive business development for Oracle HCM consulting services.
• Analyse client requirements and implement Oracle HCM Cloud and Fusion solutions.
• Provide training, support and change‑management guidance for seamless adoption.
• Oversee multiple projects, manage budgets and workforce planning, and maintain executive‑level client relationships.
• Utilise Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher to create innovative solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance and organisational development initiatives.
• Mentor teams, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership or Management Information Systems.
