Senior Manager, Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Oracle HCM Cloud functional engagements. You will act as a strategic advisor, guiding large‑scale implementations and helping clients transform their workforce processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and manage client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guide teams in strategic planning, execution, and delivery of Oracle HCM solutions.
• Utilize Oracle Application Development Framework and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher to extend system functionality.
• Build and maintain client relationships to identify and solve human capital management challenges.
• Deploy scalable Oracle HCM Cloud solutions that enable workforce transformation.
• Promote innovative technologies and best practices in Oracle HCM projects.
• Validate data integrity, security, and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks.
• Identify opportunities to optimise HR processes and improve organisational performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or MIS.
• Proven experience leading complex Human Capital Management transformations.
• Strong change‑management and storytelling abilities.

• Oracle HCM Cloud (core modules).
• Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher (BI Publisher).
