About the role

Infosys is seeking an Oracle EPM Cloud Principal Consultant to join its Financial Services unit in Providence, RI. You will work on transformative projects for banking, wealth management and insurance clients, leveraging AI, cloud and data‑led innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and produce detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customisation and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customisations on the Oracle EPM platform, collaborating with development teams to build critical applications.
• Develop and execute complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, leading large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance optimisation strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Create comprehensive documentation for customisations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Deep expertise in ERP systems, architecture and advanced customisation techniques.
• Strong ability to design complex integration solutions and guide large‑scale data migration projects.
• Experience leading performance optimisation, scalability and compliance initiatives.
