Oracle Core HR Business Process Lead

About the role

Next Generation, Inc. is looking for an experienced Oracle Core HR Business Process Lead to define, optimise and implement end‑to‑end HR processes within Oracle Cloud HCM. The role bridges business needs with system capabilities, requiring deep HR expertise and functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HR modules.

Key responsibilities

• Lead HR process initiatives across Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management and organisational change.
• Design, configure and support functional aspects of Oracle Cloud HR modules, including testing and rollout.
• Act as the primary SME, liaising between HR leadership, IT and implementation partners.
• Assess current processes, recommend improvements and ensure compliance with best practices.
• Support change management through user adoption, communication and training strategies.
• Document business processes, functional specifications, test scripts and SOPs.

Required profile

• Strong leadership, team management and communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of HR lifecycle processes: Core HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Talent Management, Performance Management and workforce changes.
• Hands‑on experience as a functional analyst within Oracle Cloud HCM.
• Proven track record of leading HR transformation projects and process improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• Oracle Cloud HR functional expertise.
• Oracle Cloud HCM implementation experience.
