Operations Associate – Part‑Time (Midtown, Atlanta)

About the role

Serve Robotics is expanding its autonomous delivery fleet in Atlanta. As an Operations Associate you will support the robots on the ground, perform light maintenance, and ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time. The role is hands‑on, fast‑paced, and essential for keeping service interruptions to a minimum.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain field readiness by supporting robots, responding quickly to issues, and fulfilling orders as business needs arise.
• Assist in robot deployment, including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement.
• Track, document, and close escalation tickets while providing clear communication and supporting documentation.
• Operate company vehicles safely to move, recover, or reposition robotic units.
• Prioritize safety by following company standards, escalating critical events, and ensuring personal well‑being.
• Manage end‑of‑shift recovery by securing, charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets and equipment.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s license and comfort driving mid‑size utility vehicles.
• Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 lb.
• Professional customer‑facing experience.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• One year of experience in last‑mile delivery, robotics, or a related field (preferred).
