Warehouse Associate – Pharmaceutical Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate to independently manage our pharmaceutical distribution warehouse in Atlanta. The role is highly autonomous, requiring strict adherence to regulatory and quality standards while ensuring timely order fulfillment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick, pack and ship pharmaceutical products accurately, verifying lot numbers, expiration dates and quantities.
• Prepare and validate shipping documentation and labels.
• Load and unload shipments, maintaining a clean and audit‑ready warehouse.
• Maintain precise inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and perform cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Support internal and external audits and report any damaged inventory or safety concerns.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical or similar warehouse environment.
• Demonstrated integrity, trustworthiness and discretion handling regulated products.
• Ability to work independently, make decisions and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and move packages as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
