About the role

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, dealers, agents and business partners.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to contracts, billing, account status and service requests.
• Process operational transactions, account updates, contract changes and dealer requests.
• Manage inquiries through shared inboxes and internal portal systems.
• Support dealer and producer account setup, user access administration and portal maintenance.
• Research and resolve basic account, billing, rating and contract issues.
• Assist with dealer reviews, reporting and financial transaction processing.
• Escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.
• Participate in cross‑training, process‑improvement initiatives and special projects.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience handling inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Familiarity with internal portals, shared inboxes and basic data entry.
