Onboarding Specialist

About the role

INNERGY is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to guide new customers through the adoption of its cloud‑based ERP platform for custom manufacturers. The role focuses on ensuring clients achieve measurable value early in their journey while fostering long‑term engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end onboarding process, set expectations, define milestones and track progress against goals.
• Integrate learning opportunities into onboarding and collaborate with the Content Creation team to secure needed training resources.
• Monitor client health using data and progress metrics, identifying and addressing issues promptly.
• Keep clients motivated and engaged, promoting adoption of INNERGY processes and best practices.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication, provide regular updates and document interactions for cross‑team visibility.
• Diagnose challenges such as low engagement or resistance to change and develop strategies to keep onboarding on track.
• Collect client feedback throughout the onboarding journey and share insights to refine onboarding strategies and influence future training content.

Required profile

• Proven experience in onboarding, client success, or related customer‑facing roles.
• Familiarity with the architectural millwork, cabinetry or custom manufacturing software space is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to monitor client health.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
