About the role
CMT Services Inc. is seeking an experienced OnBase Developer to join a remote team supporting the University of Maryland Global Campus. The role involves software development, support, and testing for the OnBase platform, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Document Management.
Key responsibilities
- Provide programming support to extend OnBase functionality and develop APIs between multiple systems.
- Analyze business processes, automate repetitive tasks, and create workflow solutions on the OnBase platform.
- Peer‑review, test, and validate new programmatic functionality for visual and functional quality.
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to define requirements, uncover business rules, and produce user stories.
- Implement system enhancements, configure OnBase, and create training materials for departmental changes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3+ years of OnBase development/configuration experience.
- Strong process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation abilities.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration skills.
