About the role
The Salesforce Developer will support the growth of CMT Services' Salesforce program by delivering new features and maintaining existing solutions. Working onsite at the University of Maryland Global Campus, the role reports to the Sr. Salesforce Technical Architect and collaborates closely with business and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components.
- Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Support data modeling, integrations, migrations, and troubleshoot Salesforce issues.
- Maintain documentation of solutions and stay current with Salesforce releases.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
- 2–4 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
