On-Premise Sales Representative – Los Angeles

About the role

We are a leading specialist in the beer, wine and spirits market seeking an energetic On‑Premise Sales Representative for the Los Angeles area. You will be responsible for building and expanding relationships with bars, restaurants and other on‑premise accounts, driving the sales of our supplier brands while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

  • Visit assigned accounts daily, following an efficient routing plan across East Hollywood and greater Los Angeles.
  • Identify sales opportunities, conduct required surveys and ensure compliance with national account standards.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations, promote new products, manage back‑bar placements, and coordinate drink‑list and promotional initiatives.
  • Maintain product inventory on‑site, restock shelves where legally permitted, and monitor stock levels.
  • Provide brand education through staff training seminars and point‑of‑sale material usage.
  • Process credits, returns and aged receivables, and collect payments where permissible.
  • Collaborate with the Field Sales Manager on new account openings and opening orders.
  • Achieve distribution, volume and activity targets set for supplier brands.

Required profile

  • Current associate eligible to apply through the internal Career Portal.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for traveling to customer locations.
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to analyze account data and develop actionable sales plans.
  • Self‑motivated, organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in using sales presentation tools and point‑of‑sale materials.
  • Basic inventory management and order processing.
