About the role
TruBlue, a premium home‑ally service provider, is looking for an experienced Office Manager/Administrator to support its growing operations. You will act as the central hub for customer communication, scheduling, and office administration while helping maintain a high‑quality customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer inquiries via phone, text, and email.
- Schedule estimator meetings and coordinate approved jobs based on crew availability.
- Maintain inventory of marketing literature and company gear.
- Relay communications between clients, staff, and management.
- Track employee hours and job‑related purchases.
- Assist with invoicing and support estimators on material location and pricing.
- Manage social media accounts and email outreach to prospects.
Required profile
- Strong work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills across diverse client demographics.
- Ability to adapt to schedule changes and last‑minute cancellations.
- Basic understanding of business profitability and efficiency.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and legal U.S. citizenship.
