About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to join Nexxaworks, a marketing firm focused on creativity, strategy, and innovation. The role supports the smooth operation of the office and contributes to a positive experience for staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate staff members.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and databases efficiently.
- Order and manage office supplies to ensure availability.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and provide support to ensure a positive experience.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
