About the role

We are seeking a new‑graduate Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients and provide inpatient and outpatient therapy based on physician orders, collaborating with the healthcare team to achieve patient‑specific goals.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment programs aligned with physician orders.
  • Assess patient response, modify treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate appropriate post‑acute or home care.
  • Maintain patient records according to documentation standards and hospital policies.
  • Ensure treatment protocols contribute to overall hospital quality, safety targets, and patient outcomes.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state occupational therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with computers, software, and web‑based applications.
  • Effective verbal and written communication.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
