About the role
Join BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program designed for new‑grad LPNs. You will gain hands‑on clinical experience, mentorship, and confidence while providing skilled, one‑on‑one home care across Indianapolis and surrounding areas.
Required profile
- Active Indiana nursing license (or pending licensure with NCLEX date)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
What we offer
- Full‑time schedule (36+ hours/week) with flexible 8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts
- Daytime and overnight shifts available
- Weekly pay, PTO, and $1,200 nurse referral bonuses
- Electronic charting system
- 24/7 clinical mentorship and 1:1 support from day one
- Accredited home‑care nurse residency (ANCC) and award‑winning simulation labs
