RN – Home Care 1:1 – Indianapolis

About the role

BAYADA is hiring Registered Nurses to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in clients' homes across Indianapolis and surrounding communities. You will focus on a single client per shift, building a meaningful relationship while delivering high‑quality, personalized care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing services to one client at a time in a home setting.
• Develop and follow individualized care plans, monitor patient status, and document care using Statewise electronic charting.
• Communicate with clients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
• Utilize 24/7 clinical support and mentorship resources as needed.

Required profile

• Active Registered Nurse license in Indiana.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Statewise electronic charting system.
