LPN – Private Duty Nursing (1:1 Home Care)

About the role

BAYADA is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to provide 1:1 private duty care in clients' homes throughout Indianapolis and surrounding communities. You will deliver skilled nursing services while enjoying flexible scheduling and strong clinical support.

Key responsibilities

• Provide skilled, one‑to‑one nursing care to a single client per shift.
• Follow individualized care plans, administer medications, and perform assessments.
• Document care accurately using Statewise electronic charting.
• Communicate regularly with clients, families, and the BAYADA clinical team.

Required profile

• Active LPN license in the state of Indiana.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and build strong client relationships.
• Willingness to accept flexible full‑time, part‑time, or PRN schedules.

Required skills

• Skilled nursing care and patient assessment.
• Medication administration.
• Use of electronic charting systems (Statewise).
• Effective communication with patients and families.
