About the role
BAYADA is seeking Registered Nurses for overnight 1:1 home‑care assignments in Indianapolis and surrounding communities. You will provide skilled nursing care to a single client in their home, enjoying flexible scheduling and 24/7 clinical support.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver skilled, individualized nursing care to one client per shift, following the client’s care plan.
- Document care accurately using Statewise electronic charting.
- Coordinate with BAYADA’s 24/7 clinical support team and mentorship resources as needed.
Required profile
- Active RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

- Flexible scheduling with full‑time, part‑time, and PRN options (8‑, 10‑, or 12‑hour shifts).
- No weekend requirement for overnight shifts.
