Neurosurgery Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Night Shift

About the role

The Lehigh Valley Health Network is seeking two Night Shift Neurosurgery Physician Assistants (PA-C) for its Muhlenberg Campus in Bethlehem, PA. This position is open to new graduates and offers a dynamic environment within a leading neuroscience institute.

Key responsibilities

• Provide patient care during night hours (7 pm‑7 am) including in‑house calls and weekend/holiday rotations.
• Assist in operating rooms, supporting neurosurgical procedures such as microsurgery, stereotactic radiosurgery, and endoscopic surgery.
• Collaborate with the neurosurgery team in both surgical suites and ambulatory surgical areas.

Required profile

• PA‑C certification with eligibility to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Willingness to work night shifts and share on‑call duties with the team.
• Ability to obtain malpractice, medical, DEA licenses and related credentials.

Required skills

• Knowledge of neurosurgical procedures and minimally invasive techniques.
• Proficiency in operating‑room protocols and patient monitoring.
