National Account Director (GPO) – Cencora/Cardinal

About the role

The GPO‑aligned National Account Director will lead Servier’s relationships with major U.S. biopharma distributors and oncology GPOs, driving patient access to innovative medicines. Reporting to the Sr. Director, National Accounts, the role collaborates across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Legal and Compliance to shape market‑access strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Servier relationships with Cencora (ION) and Cardinal (VitalSource) GPOs and associated specialty partners.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to optimize patient access, policy development, and product pull‑through.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, HEOR, Pricing, Marketing, Patient Services and Sales to create tactical market‑access strategies.
• Maintain deep touch points with leadership to communicate product value and identify partnership synergies.
• Support oncology GPO strategy, including contracting, launch planning, and competitive threat response.

Required profile

• BA/BS in science, finance or business (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of market‑access or channel‑account experience with national distributors and oncology GPOs.
• Proven relationships with major U.S. biopharma distributors (McKesson, Cencora, Cardinal) and oncology GPOs.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulatory and compliance requirements (PhRMA Code).
