Multiplatform Producer-Board Operator

About the role

iHeartMedia is seeking a Multiplatform Producer-Board Operator to produce and distribute Spanish-language content across digital and social platforms, podcasts, television/video and broadcast radio. Digital content production is the main focus, and the role calls for a multimedia producer with solid editorial judgment and live production experience, working closely with on-air talent and Programming. The position is rooted in Miami and South Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Create, edit, package and publish daily content for social media, digital platforms, podcasts and broadcast.
• Turn moments from the show into short-form video, audio clips, graphics, posts and articles.
• Produce, edit, package and distribute podcast content and other on-demand audio.
• Write headlines, captions, descriptions, articles and other supporting copy.
• Create and adapt graphics, photos and visual assets for social media and show promotion.
• Schedule, publish and distribute content across social, web and other digital platforms.
• Exercise editorial judgment and monitor digital and social trends.
• Maintain brand and visual consistency across platforms.
• Operate the control board and produce live and recorded radio programming.
• Coordinate show elements, audio, playback and callers with on-air talent.
• Record and edit audio and video content, monitor programming and troubleshoot basic studio and production issues.
• Support remote broadcasts, special programming, digital productions and live events, and coordinate with Programming, Digital, Engineering and other teams.

Required profile

• Professional-level Spanish, with excellent speaking, writing, reading comprehension and interpretation skills.
• Working English for internal communication and collaboration.
• Minimum 2 years of professional television production experience; experience at a major network strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Miami and South Florida news, culture and Spanish-speaking audiences.
• Ability to work varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and special events.

• Experience with broadcast consoles and radio production workflows preferred.
