Multi-Site Leasing Manager – The Gantry & Theory

About the role

The Multi-Site Leasing Manager will lead marketing, advertising, and leasing activities for The Gantry and Theory communities, driving revenue, occupancy, and resident retention targets. This role combines strategic planning with hands‑on leasing execution to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified prospects.

Key responsibilities

• Direct community marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales initiatives to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Monitor on‑site traffic, maintain an inventory of ready‑to‑lease apartments, set rent pricing, and manage concessions.
• Analyze market and competitor trends, develop short‑ and long‑term marketing plans, and implement creative pricing and incentive strategies.
• Create and execute advertising strategies using available technology and property‑management software to generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure property appearance and safety standards, and enhance unit marketability through merchandising techniques.
• Participate actively in the leasing process: generate traffic, qualify prospects, prepare lease documents, and oversee move‑in procedures.
• Review financial, traffic, and closing reports to assess performance and adjust tactics.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing leasing teams and community marketing in multifamily or residential real‑estate environments.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis.
• Ability to coordinate with maintenance and operations teams to maintain property standards.
• Excellent analytical skills for reviewing financial and leasing performance data.
