Mobile Engineer – iOS & Android

About the role

The Mobile Engineer will own end‑to‑end development, performance, and scaling of native iOS and Android applications that serve millions of active users daily. Working closely with product managers and UX designers, you will ship polished, responsive, and robust features that set the benchmark for mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build advanced native applications for iOS and Android using Swift, Kotlin and modern reactive frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and ship new features optimized for performance, battery efficiency, and offline‑first capabilities.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL endpoints with robust caching, state management, and error handling.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, fix bugs, and continuously improve responsiveness, memory usage, and startup time.
• Write unit tests (XCTest, JUnit, Espresso) to ensure robustness, covering edge cases and usability.
• Maintain code quality through CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and rigorous code reviews.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional software development experience, with at least 3 years focused on native iOS (Swift, SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose) development.
• Demonstrated portfolio of complex mobile applications published on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Deep understanding of mobile architectures such as MVVM and Clean Architecture.
• Experience with push notifications, deep linking, background processing, and secure local storage.
