Senior Specialist, Decision Intelligence

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Decision Intelligence will develop advanced analytics, modeling, simulation and optimization frameworks to support data‑driven decision making within Development Sciences and Clinical Supply. This technical role bridges business problems with mathematical solutions and integrates analytics into user‑friendly web applications.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into mathematical models for simulation and optimization.
• Build robust analytics that integrate with WebApps or AI agents for streamlined user interaction.
• Develop probabilistic forecasting and stochastic optimization techniques for strategic decisions under uncertainty.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the value of digital transformation initiatives.
• Contribute to modern data pipelines, custom web applications, and the Decision Intelligence strategic roadmap.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data science, operations research, or data engineering.
• Strong ability to gather complex requirements from non‑technical stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications.
• Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills for complex business challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
