Mission Operations Specialist (Program)

About the role

The Mission Operations Specialist will coordinate and deliver project and program objectives for Saronic Technologies' autonomous maritime platforms. You will work closely with internal teams, DoD customers, and external partners to ensure mission success and continuous product improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive one or more projects or product‑supporting programs toward defined goals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop comprehensive mission plans, including route optimization, environmental assessment, and risk mitigation.
• Operate and monitor ASV missions in real time, troubleshooting technical issues and adjusting parameters as needed.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret mission data, producing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Provide training and ongoing support to DoD personnel on ASV operation and maintenance.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet deadlines both individually and as part of a team.
• Experience managing projects or programs in a technical or maritime environment.
• Strong communication skills for interfacing with DoD customers and cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to foster a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing team culture.
