Merchandiser U3 – Retail Stock & Display Specialist

About the role

This position is for current associates who will manage shelf stocking, product rotation, and visual displays across multiple retail locations. You will work closely with sales teams and customers to ensure brand merchandise is presented effectively and drives sales.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain an accurate call schedule and follow retailer‑specific merchandising processes.
• Place point‑of‑sale materials, build and install displays, and coordinate timing with sales.
• Stock shelves and displays to maximize product sell‑through and support product resets.
• Organize backroom inventory and ensure proper rotation of products.
• Develop relationships with key account contacts and gather feedback on merchandising effectiveness.
• Identify account issues and opportunities, communicating them to appropriate internal contacts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; no prior experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication, customer‑service orientation, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and analytical reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 45‑65 lb regularly.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Required skills

• Basic PC proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using presentation software.
