Merchandiser – San Diego North with $500 Sign‑On Bonus

About the role

As a Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify brand and category opportunities, expand shelf and cold‑box facings, and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine and spirits and handle beverage alcohol responsibly.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, preferably with a high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional judgment, ability to work occasional weekends, and capacity to lift 45‑65 lb.

• Hourly pay $21.60–$23.35.
