Merchandiser – Retail Brand Promotion

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser, where you’ll creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and ensuring optimal product placement across customer locations.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves, build displays, and manage POS materials in new and existing accounts.
• Conduct store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key accounts, provide feedback to sales teams, and identify brand/category opportunities.
• Communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities and expand shelf and cold‑box facings.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, high‑school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 45‑65 lb.
• Top‑shelf customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends.

Required skills

• Safe handling of beverage alcohol products.
• Basic knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits (learnable on the job).

What we offer

• Compensation: $20 per hour.
• Annual car allowance of $2,400 and a $300/month fuel card.
• $500 sign‑on bonus.
