Merchandiser – Littleton / Lakewood

About the role

Breakthru Beverage is looking for a hands‑on Merchandiser to showcase its brands across accounts in the Littleton and Lakewood area. You will build displays, manage inventory, and ensure product placement meets brand standards while driving sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts daily.
• Build and maintain point‑of‑sale displays and manage POS materials.
• Execute store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and gather feedback on merchandising activities.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Maintain safe handling of alcoholic beverages and conduct responsible interactions with the public.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional judgment and ability to work occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and use a ladder regularly.
