Merchandiser - Central Denver

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Merchandiser in Central Denver, where you will creatively showcase our brands through displays, inventory management, and product placement. This full‑time, on‑site position offers a dynamic, family‑based culture for those who enjoy hands‑on sales work and have reliable transportation.

Key responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stocking, rotating shelves, building displays, and managing POS material.
• Store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Build strong rapport with key accounts, gather feedback, and share insights with the sales team.
• Identify brand/category opportunities, expand shelf and cold‑box facings, and communicate out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands and ensure responsible handling of alcoholic products.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to lift 45‑65 lb.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and willingness to work occasional weekends.

• Compensation at $20.00 per hour.
