Beverage Merchandiser with $500 Sign‑on Bonus

About the role

Join Breakthru Beverage as a Beverage Merchandiser and showcase our brands through creative displays, inventory management, and product placement. This full‑time position offers a $500 sign‑on bonus, a $20 hourly wage, and a $2,400 annual car allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Stock and rotate shelves in new and existing accounts.
• Build displays and manage POS materials.
• Perform store resets for remodels, grand openings, or seasonal changes.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and provide feedback to the sales team.
• Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold‑box facings and report out‑of‑stock or new‑item opportunities.
• Maintain knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit brands.

Required profile

• 21 years or older, high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Top‑shelf customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work Tuesdays‑Saturday, 8:00 am‑4:30 pm MST and occasional weekends.
• Physical ability to lift and carry 45‑65 lb and climb ladders.
