Mental Health Professional – Crisis Relief Clinician

About the role

The Crisis Relief Team at Cascade Evaluation and Treatment Center is seeking a Mental Health Professional to provide intake, assessment, therapy, and discharge planning for adults in crisis.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate admission intakes, conduct psychosocial assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, family, and brief‑intervention counseling while coordinating care with interdisciplinary team members.
• Gather collateral information, arrange referrals, and ensure safe discharge planning.
• Document all clinical activities in compliance with regulatory and agency standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in counseling or social sciences.
• Current WA State Department of Health license or associate licensure (LMHC/A, LMFT/A, LICSW/A).
• Ability to pass WA State Patrol background check and Violence Prevention Training.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and professional representation skills.
