Member Services Attendant

About the role

The Member Services Attendant is the primary point of contact for members and their guests at Makena Beach & Golf Club, delivering a luxury private‑club experience through personalized service and seamless coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome members and guests, answer calls and emails, and manage reservations for dining, golf, spa, fitness, and off‑property excursions.
• Prepare customized itineraries, arrange transportation, and coordinate arrivals and departures with Residential Services.
• Communicate with Food & Beverage, Golf Operations, Spa, Retail, Security, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain accurate member profiles, preferences, and requests in club systems and assist with club events and special activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of experience in luxury hospitality, private club, resort, concierge or customer service.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience using reservation software.
