Outside Service Attendant

About the role

The Golf Services Attendant ensures exceptional service to guests and smooth operation of golf facilities, interacting with golfers of all skill levels and supporting various aspects of their experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members, assist during rounds, and respond to player requests.
• Stock golf carts with amenities, maintain clean shuttles and carts, and clean clubs before and after rounds.
• Set up and break down range equipment, handle closing duties, and assist in the Golf Shop as needed.
• Track daily golf activity, support inventory counts, and optionally provide caddie services.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or golf.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and physically demanding conditions.

Required skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
