Member of Operations Staff

About the role

As a Member of Operations Staff on the Frontier Data team, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery engine for datasets and environments shipped to leading AI labs. You will translate fuzzy research requirements into concrete specifications and drive the process from intake through final shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Own delivery from intake, scoping, execution, review, and final shipment of data products.
• Build and maintain processes that make quality visible, measurable, and consistently enforced.
• Interface with researchers and engineers at partner labs to shape data products.
• Plan and manage capacity across contributor and reviewer networks.

Required profile

• Highly organized operator with strong ownership and bias toward action.
• Excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with agents, evaluations, or reinforcement‑learning workflows.

Required skills

• Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
• Exposure to data labeling, annotation operations, evaluations, or ML training data pipelines.

• Base salary $150,000 – $300,000 per year, plus equity.
