Medical Lab Scientist / Medical Technologist (MLS/MT)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a motivated Medical Lab Scientist/Medical Technologist to join its clinical laboratory team in Provo. You will play a key role in delivering accurate diagnostic testing and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform high, moderate, and waived complexity testing across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, transfusion, and other lab sections.
• Maintain quality control, conduct proficiency testing, calibrate instruments, and review records.
• Perform instrument maintenance, troubleshoot analyzers, and ensure reliable results.
• Provide courteous service to patients and coworkers, both inside and outside the laboratory.
• Occasionally perform phlebotomy as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in medical technology, chemistry, or a related life science (per CLIA regulations).
• ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
