Full-Time Medical Assistant / Scribe – Dermatology (Provo)

About the role

Revere Health is seeking enthusiastic Medical Assistant/Scribes to join its Dermatology team in Provo. This full‑time, on‑site position offers the chance to work in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment while supporting providers and enhancing patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Escort patients to exam rooms, interview them, and ensure all relevant information is recorded for the provider.
• Maintain exam rooms with necessary supplies and equipment.
• Clean and sterilize instruments according to clinic policies.
• Relay test results and messages to patients promptly and courteously.
• Create and maintain tasks, documenting all patient interactions.
• Process prescriptions via call, fax, or e‑scribe following protocol.
• Assist providers with in‑office procedures.

Required profile

• Experience as a Medical Assistant or related certification preferred, but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and medical terminology is highly beneficial.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, and keen attention to detail.
• Self‑starter, dependable team player with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy clinical setting.
• CPR certification required upon hire.
