Medical Education Inventory Specialist

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Medical Education Inventory Specialist to coordinate the movement of medical devices, instrument sets, and training materials that support surgeon labs, professional education programs, and customer events. This onsite position in Houston ensures that inventory processes run smoothly, enabling high‑quality learning experiences for healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Package, prepare, and ship medical devices, instrument sets, and related materials for internal and external training programs, workshops, surgeon labs, sales meetings, and customer events.
• Manage inventory receipt, input data into the ERP system, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Organize and maintain all marketing inventory documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams via SmartSheets to fulfill equipment requests.
• Execute regular restock orders and maintain organization of all equipment.
• Clean and disinfect returned workshop inventory according to company procedures.
• Participate in continuous quality and performance improvement activities.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Clear, professional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Detail‑oriented work style.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems for inventory management.
• Proficiency in SmartSheets for request tracking.
