Medical Doctor – Remote AI Evaluation ($130–$180/hr)

About the role

We are seeking board‑certified physicians and senior residents to support cutting‑edge AI research by creating realistic patient scenarios and evaluating AI‑generated medical responses. This fully remote, asynchronous position offers 20+ hours per week and competitive hourly rates.

Key responsibilities

• Design clinically realistic prompts and patient scenarios aligned with your specialty.
• Develop high‑quality reference responses that demonstrate attending‑level clinical reasoning.
• Evaluate and grade AI‑generated medical outputs using structured criteria, focusing on diagnosis, treatment planning, risk stratification, and guideline adherence.
• Provide detailed written feedback to improve the safety and accuracy of AI‑generated medical content.
• Participate in onboarding and specialty calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards.

Required profile

• Board‑certified attending physicians with an active, unrestricted medical license, or final‑year residents/fellows who are board‑eligible.
• Strong clinical reasoning and evidence‑based decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written communication with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Required skills

• Clinical expertise in one of the relevant specialties (e.g., Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Anesthesiology, Surgery, ENT, PM&R, Pain Medicine, Occupational Medicine, etc.).
