Medical Assistant / Patient Care Assistant – Full-Time – Lehi

About the role

Revere Health is seeking a motivated Medical Assistant or Patient Care Assistant to join its Family Medicine and Urgent Care team in Lehi. This full‑time position supports providers by preparing patients, managing exam rooms, and delivering courteous, efficient care in a fast‑paced clinical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examinations, obtain histories, and record vital signs.
• Set up and stock exam and treatment rooms with necessary supplies.
• Assist with scheduling tests, treatments, and follow‑up appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all relevant information is available to the provider.
• Administer medications as ordered and handle prescription communications.
• Obtain and relay lab and test results to physicians and patients.
• Clean and sterilize instruments according to clinic policies.
• Participate in value‑based care initiatives and attend required meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant or CNA training program.
• Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work calmly under stress and respond to emergent situations.
