Medical Assistant – Dermatology Clinic

About the role

The Medical Assistant will provide clinical support within a dermatology clinic at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. This onsite, day‑shift position is part of the Clinical Staff – Nursing team and serves patients under the supervision of dermatology physicians.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the dermatology clinic with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Prepare examination rooms and ensure necessary supplies are available.
• Document patient information and support physicians during appointments.

Required profile

• Current University of Arkansas System employee (including student employees and graduate assistants).
• Legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment.
• Ability to work day shift in an onsite clinical setting.
