MBA Alumni and Employer Engagement Lead

About the role

The MBA Alumni and Employer Engagement Lead will drive connections between MBA alumni, current students, and employers to enhance career opportunities and strengthen the university’s business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to engage MBA alumni in mentorship, networking, and fundraising activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional and national employers to create internship and job pipelines for students.
• Coordinate events, workshops, and panels that connect alumni, students, and employers.
• Collaborate with university departments to align engagement efforts with academic and research priorities.
• Track and report on engagement metrics, employer partnerships, and alumni contributions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in alumni relations, employer engagement, or business development within a higher‑education setting.
• Strong communication and networking skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events and partnership programs.
• Knowledge of the regional business landscape and corporate recruitment trends.
