About the role

The MBA Alumni and Employer Engagement Lead will drive connections between the university’s MBA alumni network and prospective employers, enhancing career opportunities for graduates and strengthening the institution’s business development efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to engage MBA alumni and cultivate employer partnerships.
• Organize networking events, career fairs, and mentorship programs.
• Collaborate with academic departments to align alumni activities with curriculum and student needs.
• Track and report on engagement metrics and employer hiring outcomes.
• Support recruitment initiatives by connecting employers with qualified MBA candidates.

Required profile

• Experience in alumni relations, employer engagement, or business development within higher education.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and events.
