Material Coordinator

About the role

The Material Coordinator supports manufacturing operations by managing inventory, handling material movements, and ensuring accurate records in a fast‑paced semiconductor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials; perform satellite receiving functions and vendor pick‑up/drop‑off using a van or truck.
• Conduct cycle counts, verify inventory, process non‑conforming material, and maintain shortage reports.
• Receive parts, update inventory records in Oracle or SAP, and verify vendor deliveries.
• Operate powered industrial vehicles such as pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and overhead cranes while adhering to safety standards.
• Purge excess or obsolete stock, coordinate rework, transfer, or scrap actions, and train other coordinators as needed.

Required profile

• Physically able to stand for long periods, lift, bend, climb ladders, and work in noisy or clean‑room environments.
• Willing to wear required personal protective equipment and follow documented business processes.

Required skills

• Experience with inventory systems such as Oracle and SAP.
• Operation of powered industrial vehicles (pallet jack, electric pallet jack, forklift, overhead crane).
