About the role

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP is seeking a Mass Torts Counsel to join its active litigation practice in South Carolina. The role involves handling all phases of complex mass tort litigation across multiple office locations.

Key responsibilities

Manage discovery, depositions, motions practice, and trial preparation for mass tort cases.
Collaborate with partners and other attorneys to develop case strategy and ensure effective case management.

Required profile

Minimum three years of litigation experience, preferably with exposure to insurance matters.
Licensed to practice law in South Carolina and willing to travel for court appearances.

Required skills

Strong written and oral advocacy abilities.
Excellent legal research, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills.
