Marketing Support – Creative Design & Video Production

About the role

As a Marketing Support professional you will bring the brand to life through high‑quality graphic design, video production, and creative marketing assets. You will work closely with agents and leadership to produce visual content that promotes listings, strengthens brand identity, and supports recruiting and company initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing collateral such as flyers, brochures, postcards, digital ads, presentations, signage and other branded materials.
• Create and edit engaging video content for social media, YouTube, websites, email campaigns and agent promotions.
• Assist with photography, videography and post‑production editing for listings, events and company marketing.
• Maintain and update company websites and social media platforms with fresh, visually compelling content.
• Develop and schedule social media posts that align with branding and marketing goals.
• Organize digital assets, templates, photos, videos and brand resources.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real‑estate.
• Proven ability to lead marketing strategy and deliver measurable results.
• Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Cloud – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Canva, CapCut, Final Cut Pro and AI‑powered design/video tools.
