Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing & Strategy Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies, technologies, and processes that support Bureau Veritas North America's business objectives and drive measurable business growth. This role serves as a key digital marketing resource across all business units, partnering with marketing, sales, communications, and business leadership to ensure effective execution of integrated marketing programs and consistent application of digital marketing strategy throughout the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that drive business objectives, lead generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth.
• Manage marketing automation using Salesforce and Pardot, including lead capture, segmentation, scoring, nurturing, workflows, and tracking.
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across email, paid search, social, website, and other channels.
• Establish reporting and measurement processes to evaluate digital marketing performance and business impact.
• Partner with business units to develop and implement digital marketing plans and provide guidance and training on digital tools.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and communications teams to develop digital assets that support campaign objectives.
• Develop and maintain marketing processes, workflows, documentation, and project management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of five years of relevant digital marketing experience, including marketing automation and CRM integration.
