Marketing Specialist

About the role

This full-time, onsite position in Grafton, WI, joins Yamato’s marketing team as a Marketing Specialist. You will own the design, execution, and optimization of digital marketing programs, with a primary focus on marketing automation, email campaigns, and lead generation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage automated marketing workflows, lead scoring models, segmentation, and nurture programs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement.
• Plan, build, test, and launch email campaigns for promotions, product launches, and customer engagement, ensuring optimal deliverability and performance.
• Execute digital lead acquisition initiatives across paid search and other paid channels, monitoring performance and optimizing spend.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Coordinator to align campaigns with broader demand-generation and sales-enablement strategies.
• Analyze campaign metrics, generate reports, and apply data-driven insights to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available.
• Ability to commute daily to the Grafton office (100% onsite).
• Experience in digital marketing, preferably within B2B industrial or manufacturing environments.
