Marketing Proposal Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Proposal Coordinator to join Olsson’s collaborative marketing team. In this role you will translate technical knowledge from our water, transportation, community infrastructure and private development projects into clear, persuasive proposal and qualification materials that reflect our brand voice and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing content for statements of qualifications, proposals, interview presentations and award submissions following firm standards and brand guidelines.
• Organise technical information into well‑structured narratives that support pursuit strategy and evaluator priorities.
• Create high‑quality proposals using branded Adobe InDesign templates, ensuring layout consistency, visual hierarchy and brand voice.
• Plan, communicate and track pursuit tasks, coordinate contributors and manage deadlines.
• Conduct quality and compliance reviews, editing content for accuracy, clarity, tone and consistency.
• Gather and apply client intelligence to shape messaging and positioning.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues, technical staff and graphic designers across offices to produce cohesive materials.
• Support conference and event needs, including client events and award submissions.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork across multidisciplinary groups.
